I was a Courtesy Clerk for two years until I was promoted to Cashier, then Service Coordinator in which I managed:

• Cashier and Courtesy breaks.
• Held the keys to the cash office, registers, and money on the service floor.
• Approved transactions, carried out cash pick-ups on registers, and assisted customers with complaints or compliments.
• Drove customer loyalty and consistent sales through friendly service and knowledgeable assistance.
• Operated cash register for cash, check, and credit card transactions.
• Answered questions about store policies and addressed customer concerns.
• Trained team members on cash register operation and cash handling.
• Performed store opening, closing, and shift-change actions and kept accurate shift-change logs.
