• Teach college courses on a part-time, contractual basis.

• As a requirement of MSW and in addition to job duties, completed the following research: Community Gardens: A Model for Successful Offender Rehabilitation and Community Revitalization in Native American Communities and Ingredients for Successful Trauma-Informed Care Implementation in U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services.

• Assisted individuals with disabilities residing within the service area of six counties in South Dakota including the Cheyenne River and Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Nations in receiving appropriate services to live independently through a person-centered approach by conducting intake and assessments.
• Conducted outreach activities to reach un-served and underserved populations.
• In addition to duties as assigned as an Independent Living Specialist, completed field placement for MSW. Organized and conducted community needs assessment for consumers with disabilities on the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation and organized and implemented a virtual support group for people with disabilities.

• Primary responsibility was to improve student retention rates by maintaining retention and success rates on all students enrolled at Sitting Bull College.
• Developed, coordinated, implemented and evaluated the development of student retention materials and activities to include the Fire Year Learning Experience Course.
• Acted as a support for students by providing them with resources to be successful and provided friendly, helpful customer service to clients and visitors.
• Participated in policy and procedure development regarding retention and club advisor to student activities.
• Assisted with the management of the SBC Emergency Aid program and grant by assisting students with applications, making funding decisions, and reporting.

• Worked as a coordinator and facilitator in the Family Group Decision Making practice (FGDM) within the Division of Child Protection Services.
• Conducted preparation interviews and meetings with all participants involved in the FGDM (concurrent planning meetings, placement team meetings, team decision making meetings, and family group conferences) while utilizing solution focused questioning and other interview techniques.
• Supported family members and other FGDM participants during, and after the FGDM, while remaining in a neutral role.
• Managed conflicts and complexities within family dynamics.
