My hiring at Northwest Bible marked a change in the musical direction of the church. What was once a choir & orchestra musical style became a modern, worship band centered music ministry. I led and managed a team of roughly 50 musicians, singers, and audio/video technicians.

As an independent contractor, I co-wrote and served as executive producer for the contemporary VBS worship songs on an annual basis for AiG, distributed world-wide each May. I oversaw a sizable budget to book travel, studios, musicians, singers, and audio techs to facilitate the full studio-production of seven kids’ worship songs. I also performed as a vocalist and musician on the project.

Performed and recorded as the leader of a country music band. Played roughly 100 dates per year at various live music venues and festivals. Opened for nationally touring artists and recorded with top industry names including George Strait's Ace In The Hole Band, The Dixie Chicks, Tracy Lawrence, and many more.

Led worship both solo and with a small worship team for Young Life "club" gatherings.
