I was responsible for leading the environmental, health, and safety programs for the company and providing HSE guidance for maintenance and packaging at a chemical and manufacturing facility. During my tenor as HSE Manager the company was recognized by our client for safety excellence and achieving a milestone of zero OSHA Recordable incidents for 2+ years.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct effective HSE training
• Drive cultural change to increase management and union workforce engagement
• Implement proactive safety initiatives such as Stop Work Authority, behavioral-based safety observations.
