• Check tools out to the field workers

• Following policies, procedures, and regulations

• Log their name, date, time, and the tools checked out

• Take gas to the field for the machines

• Fill out the JSA go over with co workers to mitigate hazards and pre task

•Help machinsit set up the machines

• Help break down the machines

• Get any neccesary tools required for the job

• Assist in organizing the tool room

• Give out JSAs assist with any paperwork

• Work the tool room handing out all equipment and tools

• Log the name, date, time, and what tools were checked out

•Track hours and breaks in the field across all specialties

• Log their day to day activity and the assignments they complete

• Log everyting into the computer and draw up a summary

• Show a graph at the end of the week every week showing progress

• Haul dirt and rocks across the site

• Follow the rules and regulations when operating or driving on the site

• Dump the rocks in trenches that have been excavated

• Dump dirt along the roadways on the site to make the roadways smoother

• Collect timesheets enter time calculate crew workers time throughout the week.

• Billing coordinate with HR regarding any billing mistakes or errors, making sure vendors are paid up.

• Making sure we are up to date on all invoices. Getting everything filled for the new billing month.
