Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of 4 acre high-end ocean to intercostal property .Reporting directly to estate manager and primary's .Duty's include

• Vehicle upkeep and maintenance.
• Maintenance and upkeep of jetskis / Boats
• Overall property appearance upkeep including landscape and landscape design,Upkeep of large organic vegetable and fruit garden .Pressure washing, window cleaning and teak maintenance, weed and insect control.
• Assisting airport drop offs and pick-ups.
• Picking up mail and packages.
• Meeting with contractors and other personal.
• Running errands for primary and estate manger when needed.
• Assist Nannies,house keepers, and chefs with any issues they may have.

Maintained and operated all pump stations and related structures.

• Worked independently and ensured all daily,weekly and monthly work orders were completed on time.
• Operated and maintained diesel generators , large electric motors as well as mechanical trash rakes.
• Operated equipment such as pro gators, zero turn mowers ,tractors and chainsaws .

• Responsible for communicating with contractors and addressing all surface water/pump station issues as they arise.
• Managed and addressed surface water complaints and issues from local community.

Upkeep and maintenance of a private 32 acre horse farm as well as the families large private estate. Hand trimming and manicuring all shrubs & trees. General property upkeep, including irrigation repairs.

Use of tractors, side by sides, zero turn mowers, all lawn equipment. I also, maintained the families various personal vehicles.
