I am currently supporting an Individual with intellectual disabilities with coping skills, and living skills, medication administration, and wound care. I provide coaching in money management skills, safety awareness, and community engagement activities. I take pride in scheduling doctor's appointments and attending them. I also have experience with operating the Therap system.

I supported two Individuals with medication management skills, personal hygiene skills, independent living skills, and coping skills. I maintained a daily log of all activities, behaviors, and incident reports. As a residential sponsor provider, I maintained a safe and clean environment for the individuals I provided services to. In addition, I provided transportation to family member's, doctor's appointments, business appointments at the community service board and special events.
