Offers my home environment to an adult with intellectual developmental disabilities. Provides a personalized, person centered approach as opposed to a group home setting. Share community activities, provide personal care, and assist with all medical needs including having a nurse on site.

• Prepared daily reports, managed monthly budgets, and organized outings while maintaining records in THERAP system. Administered medication, cooked meals, transported individuals to their medical appointments. Assisted in ADL's and IDL's. Strived to help each individual achieve their goals and try new things.

• Provided direct care services to an individual with Autism, Asperger's Syndrome. Assisted with personal hygiene, dressing, meals, recreational activities and community integration. One on one time with practicing numbers, manners, telephone usage. Some Medication administration.
