5 Months- Bulk of the work was carried out by the safe, quick, and organized delivery of orders throughout Fayetteville, maintaining customer happiness at all times.
- Additionally cross-trained in responsibilities such as dishwashing, table cleaning, and cash register management.
Back of House
1 Year 2 Months- Worked in operating the back of house segments of the main auditorium of the University of Arkansas.
- Included working lighting for shows, small amounts of stage management, working active live streams of the concerts we hosted, along with general cleanup procedures for the auditorium afterwards.
Crew Member
3 Months- Tasked with a multitude of responsibilities, including cleaning theaters after every showing in a timely manner, ensuring security by checking tickets and stopping ticketless guests from entering through the side entrances and exits, and running food to guests during showtimes, offering any assistance that is needed in the process.
- Throughout each and every one of these responsibilities it was imperative for me to provide a fun, welcoming, and helpful experience to the luxury that is going to the movies. Through this job, extensive customer service experience was obtained.
