• Served as the Human Resource Sergeant for 369th Adjutant General Battalion S1 supporting over 270 Personnel consisting of Officers, Warrant Officers, Enlisted Soldiers, 700 Advanced Individual Training (AIT) Soldiers and 400 Officer and Warrant Officer Students: Responsible for supporting 7 companies in all personnel Actions, Finance, Leave and Passes, Sponsorship[, Suspension of Favorable Actions, Promotions, Awards; Responsible for the health, welfare, training and development of three junior enlisted soldiers.

Served as the HR Sergeant for the Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 2-43 Air Defense Artillery Battalion S1; responsible for providing administrative support to over 700 Personnel; Provided personnel readiness management, awards, leave and passes, PERSTAT(Personnel Accountability Report),Promotions, personnel actions, pre-deployment and consolidated reports; directly supervised and was responsible for the health, welfare, training and development of five enlisted soldiers; responsible for the accountability of over $100,000 worth of equipment.

Serves as the Human Resource Specialist for Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 2-43 Air Defense Artillery Battalion; Responsible for personnel administrative support to the battalion; responsible for coordination, supervision and preparation of daily status reports of his team.
