My duties as a manager include recruiting, training, and supervising staff. To be able to provide a safe and enjoyable work space for my employees. To be able to oversee stock levels as well as place daily store orders. In the consumer aspect I greet and serve customers as well as take care of any questions comments or concerns they may have. Office work included store orders, inventory, and scheduling. The ultimate goal was to set targets and make improvements along the way to make the business run the best it can be.
