Working in the CNC shop for a total 16 years. For the first 6 years running parts with some programming. Growing up in a shop atmosphere has taught me a lot. I am also familiar with metal processing, from start to finish. I worked with all different types of metal alloys and plastics, I know what good quality looks like. I moved up to logistic when the company needed the position filled. Starting as just help with packaging and part processing. Soon after I became the manager of the department, and found that I enjoyed working this position.
