I Currently work as a lead pharmacy technician in all areas of the inpatient pharmacy. In this role I am responsible for training new staff for floor deliveries and the sterile compounding areas, I have worked with medication reconciliation and have created a training model for all new hires. I also assist in making sure staff are compliant with USP guidelines in the clean room suite . I work independently and with others on projects for process improvements, logistics (that will be implemented in 2024), and assist with purchasing and receiving.
