Production Leader for Sheetmetal Crew 4. Collaborate with all departments and my team to ensure production targets are met daily. Motivate and mentor team members to maximize production, productivity, and quality. Communicate with all departments to ensure daily production goals are met. Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend adjustments for optimal performance. Update production metrics and facilitate regular team communication. Send updates through email to communicate daily goals with all departments. Each quarter, I assemble a small team, and we assist with inventory. Provide regular updates to management on production status. Efficient in PLM and Accuterm use.

My leadership role is focused on ensuring quality while managing workflow for the sheet metal department. Duties include training and motivating employees, performing first article checks on all completed parts by the operator, ensuring that all operators are wearing the correct PPE, assisting with shortage reports, nesting assignments, and completing end-of-night paperwork. Efficient with PLM and Acctuterm.

Set up, operate, and maintain multiple Salvagnini S4/P4 machines. Operate the machines in a safe manner and do troubleshooting as needed to keep the machines running. Perform "First Article Checks" on every part made. Stack and send parts to the warehouse.
