I have 6 years of customer service and two years of management on top of that. I have always been a very hard working employee. As soon as I became of working age I applied to my first job and worked my way up to management. Then when my husband went overseas, I got a job there and continued to work in a position that was hands on with customers. During COVID-19, my job was still open, and we gracefully made the appropriate changes to continue providing excellent services to our customers. During my time at Chipotle, my shift was evaluated for a store promotion based off my leadership skills, food quality, cleanliness and overall guest experience. Needless to say, my store gained a big promotion that day, and I was so proud of the shift I conducted.
Now working at frost, I build the foundation between the bank and the customer. By welcoming all guests with a warm and friendly environment, I create a space where they are truly comfortable. I then assist them with their transactions with accuracy, leaving them with nothing but warmth and trust as they confide in us to keep their funds secure.
