When i was a craftsman i wanted to learn more and move up in the company showing my abilities of what i can do I have been interested for years of learning the total station as well as getting the ability to operate with the intention of still getting out and helping others with tasks that are being worked on to be completed as a team I would like to have the opportunity to retire from Bi-Con Services while teaching others what knowledge I know to help build a team
