I am currently a regional system specialist with over 15 years’ experience within the logistics and sales organization. I am a hard-working, proactive, and successful leader. I can quickly adjust, learn new skills, and solve problems using simple solutions. My experience in logistics and sales allows me to understand the needs of both sides of the business and work on solutions that meet the needs of both teams. I am passionate about training, problem solving and driving goals forward. I believe that with good planning, follow up and feedback anything can be accomplished.

Regional System Specialist

  • Supported in finalizing cross functional handbook and continue to provide support for editing and updates.
  • Participated on cross functional task force with other global and regional functions to help drive results in both high amounts of goods in transit and accuracy within RFID counts by stores. Task force was able to reduce goods in transit from peak of 17M to expected 5-7M in approximately six months. RFID counts were increased from 79% to 92% for same period.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Perris on how to work with unadvised and open orders, as well as attend meetings with 3PL to provide support when needed.
  • Create and lead in-depth discussion with sales organization on how RFID, Open Orders and Unadvised Totes work within logistics organization. Demonstrated cause and impact of actions taken by WH and how this affects stores.
  • Supported follow up and investigation into RFID process within Perris to ensure we are doing process to H&M standards.
  • I helped develop Perris NCI template and worked closely with Perris team to ensure quality and streamline inbound process when NCI was used.
  • Worked closely with 3PL Americas Team to provide feedback on working methods for EGR in Perris.
  • Supported online relaunch of Perris and finalized audit of all processes for this project.
  • Supported project Horus by finalizing DC Design prestudy which documented all processes currently in use in Perris WH.

  • •Helped with transition from old facility in Chino to new one in Perris. Developed tool that was used to predict replenishment plan once both buildings were open, and stores were serviced from both locations. Tool predicted sell thru of different variants to decide which building would be replenish products.
  • • Supported Project Manager on multiple occasions by leading control tower meetings when they were unable to attend.
  • • Worked closely with 3PL to ensure that all H & M best practices and key performance indicators were being met.
  • • Worked with 3PL planning manager on weekly basis to brainstorm on how H&M can help support and drive pcs to store while also increasing pick percent.
  • • Worked with 3PL inventory manager to make sure all inventory requirements outlined in MPD document are being followed. Advises and provides guidance on inventory routines and processes.
  • • Collaborated with DC controller to ensure accurate replenishment planning and helped create new replenishment planning tool by using dynamic MS Excel-based data models that considered sold pcs from each individual store.
  • • Trained as back up to DC controller. Maintained all local and global reporting when they were out of office. Responsible for production data tracking, KPI follow-up of specialist and MS Power BI reporting to consolidate production data and KPIs for stakeholders.
  • • Worked closely with online operations team of 3PL to ensure we have all needed supplies, set up tracking file so that PSS errors could be followed up and customer promise was fulfilled.
  • • Worked closely with customer service to ensure that customers were getting proper communication about their order.

  • Increased conversion by 36.5% compared to LY for month of December 2016 in multi entrance store.
