At IRIS, an assisted living home, I rapidly thrived and became a highly appointed employee recognized for my dependability and hard work. I assisted residents with their medications, cooked meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all while providing compassionate care to help them with whatever their needs were. My approach to caregiving was rooted in empathy, ensuring each resident felt valued and cared for. I took on various household tasks, such as laundry, mopping, and overall cleaning, maintaining a tidy and comfortable environment. My experience extended to working with hospice patients and those with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other challenging conditions. I effectively directed difficult situations with ease, remaining calm and efficient throughout.

With many years of caregiving experience, I quickly became a trusted and essential team member at Ciel of Tri-Cities. My passion for caregiving flourished as I took on responsibilities such as administering medications, assisting with patient transfers to the hospital, and collaborating closely with nurses to improve patient outcomes. My dedication and skills were recognized with a promotion to Med Tech in the assisted living facility.
