• Was responsible for buying and selling a large inventory of vehicles.
• Assessing each vehicle after purchase to make sure they were transported to the correct destination (repair, paint & body, detailer etc)

• Drew up closing documents at the timepof sale including but not limited to Dept of Motor Vehicle title application and all other required state documents needed to finalize the sale.
• Finally i was responsible for sending the title to the vehicle off to the state as soon as the sale was final to ensure i met a deadline set by the state of the customer receiving the title in there name to register it properly.
• Maintaining the car lot and the building at all times which included cleaning, yard work and cleaning vehicles.

• Collaborated with Loan Officers to provide timely, accurate service for clients throughout entire mortgage process.
• Mitigated risk exposure for the organization through careful evaluation of applicant creditworthiness before proceeding with the loan process
• Managed a high volume of loan applications, consistently meeting or exceeding established processing timeframes for both new loans and refinancing.
