During my time with this company, I did many different positions.

• I worked on a computer, to process shipments for customers.
• I also did inbound and outbound calls for customer,answering questions about our shipment process or checking on an already processed shipment for a customer as well
• We also worked in the warehouse, where we would place shipments in the correct spot in the warehouse; and also drop off shipments for customers that were picking items up.
• I took payments from customers picking up shipments as well, so I’m aware of how to bill a customer too.
• Prepared hazardous material shipments in compliance with safe handling practices.
• Utilized computer systems to manage cargo shipments and accurately track goods.
• Created documents of load plans, cargo cleanliness inspections, and transportation processes.
• Trained new team members on company procedures, systems, and best practices to ensure seamless integration into the role.
• Expedited urgent shipments by prioritizing tasks and collaborating closely with carriers and freight forwarders.

• Efficiently operated ground service equipment, such as tugs and belt loaders, to facilitate smooth handling of baggage and cargo.
• Guided aircraft into and out of parking positions using hand signals.
• Maintained clean ramps, preventing trip hazards or debris from interfering with aircraft movements or personnel safety.
• Loaded and unloaded luggage and freight and assisted crew and travelers with bags for over Number daily flights.
