As a manager, my role is to ensure the café operates smoothly and that customers are consistently satisfied. I monitor sales performance, adhere to budget constraints, manage inventory, and maintain waste control.

Additionally, I oversee the daily cash drop-offs and ensure the safety and security of the café.

I also assist the barista team, ensuring drinks are prepared accurately and promptly, while fostering a positive atmosphere to minimize stress. I coordinate catering services, preparing and delivering the necessary food and beverages for events.

Furthermore, I lead a team of six employees, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective café operations. Additionally, I attend regular meetings to discuss performance, goals, and strategies for continuous improvement.

I am responsible for managing inventory, inputting sales data, processing deposit drop-offs, and supervising baristas to ensure they complete their tasks efficiently. Additionally, I oversee the cleanliness and organization of both the front and back areas of the store, including storage.

I am responsible for opening the store and ensuring all preparations are made before opening. This includes preparing the tapioca, tea, coffee, and espresso machine. I also restock pastries upon delivery from the bakery, as well as replenish milks, syrups, and the panini station. Additionally, I recount the registers and report any discrepancies, whether short or over.

Prepared food and beverages, maintained cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, restocked supplies as needed, and efficiently took customer orders and processed payments.

Responsible for waiting tables, bussing tables, ensuring the cleanliness of the floor, and completing side duties as assigned.
