Coming from a sports background and focusing my energy at a young age at trying my best and having a deep drive to compete,  never give up and work my hardest has lingered into my later years, even though im not part of a team; sports wise, with Aegis Therapies I still feel like I am, Life style wise, and Leader Wise.

It has been a breath of fresh air being able to work in an environment with like minded people with a drive to have the same end goal and mission for our patients. I love being able to channel that into daily living and focus on the 7 Areas of wellness and set the example for others all around to live a better life style, enjoy life and live it to the fullest.

My Freedom and relaxation is exercise, work, competing and forever challenging myself to be better and the best.
