• My duties are to provide security and protection for travelers. I have to remain vigilant at all times while operating screening equipment. I have to be able to identify dangerous objects in person and in travel bags.
• Collecting and confirming an individual’s personal identity information only known by that person.
• Conducting personal pat downs(40 hours)- This includes resolving body alarms that include sensitive and non sensitive areas.
• Served as acting LTSO while taking charge of the floor. I was able to show leadership in high stress situations. I was able to assign breaks and rotate officers to different positions if need be to run the operation and lane smoothly.
