Was head of National security legal issues for 1st Armored Division while forward in Poland. Helped advise on and implement ROE for forward division exercises, integrated with Division Staff and worked closely with fires and intel in numerous TWGs TDBs, reviewed international agreements, briefed the Division command group on the legal nuances of our operations in the EUCOM AO, and attended a multinational conference on mines.
Worked with Administrative law shop reviewing and providing legal advice on 15-6 investigations, LODs, commercial sponsorship agreements, Garrison and MWR events, CODEL visits, among many other duties. Additionally participated in CPX and WFX in preparation for Poland deployment serving in an Operational legal capacity.
Assisted Clients in Family law, GOMOR rebuttals, award appeals, divorces, among other services. Assisted clients in Both French and Spanish language.
