Overview: The primary purpose of this position is to operate a variety of equipment in the Coating Department with supervision. Complete the coating process of the product according to the manufacturing and customer requirements.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Complete and be proficient on all job responsibilities for wage level 4
• Perform booth Release Fanuc - First time after engineering releases a program to production.
• Perform booth Release ABB - First time after engineering release a program to production.
• Application and use of tool frame/user frame.
• Complete programs Transfer between booths.
• Perform Booth advance troubleshoot (Fanuc)
• Perform Booth advance troubleshoot (ABB)
• Programming of advanced automated blast machines.
• Programming of advanced automated shot peen machines.
• Maintain work area in a clean, orderly and safe condition including safety data base.
• Notify supervision of irregularities or major equipment malfunctions.

Experience/Prerequisites: Requires minimum 6 years of experience in Automated blaster equipment and or HVOF and APS coating application.

• Followed setup procedures for proper temperature, tension and position of production runs. Monitored the line using state of the art computer automated controlled equipment. Handled material with use of forklift and hoist. Ensured data was recorded correctly and assisted in inventory checks.
• Worked within a maintenance team to install and maintain the equipment

• Inspect and examine socks for defects, irregularities and or inaccuracies at recurring internals throughout the shift period.
