
My objectives are to work as hard, safely, and efficiently as possible in any work environment. I am not content with my work product unless I leave at the end of the shift knowing I earned my paycheck that day and did the best job I possibly could.
I started as a set up operator in April of 2015. For seven years I worked to learn about starting, stopping, and setting up rotary index machines to run product for our customers. During that time I also learned to troubleshoot basic maintenance issues including: Head repair and rebuild, changing and tensioning belts, and other various tasks to keep the department running.
