I started as a set up operator in April of 2015. For seven years I worked to learn about starting, stopping, and setting up rotary index machines to run product for our customers. During that time I also learned to troubleshoot basic maintenance issues including: Head repair and rebuild, changing and tensioning belts, and other various tasks to keep the department running. In September of 2023 I moved into the maintenance department working my way into a Group Lead position over the maintenance department. During that time I:

  • I started at Bosch as a press operator in August of 2013. For two months I ran a press and an assembly line. In November of 2013 I was moved into mold setting. From November to May of 2014 I pulled and set molds, shut down presses upon completion of the order. In May of 2014 I got hired in through the company as a mold tech. Since becoming a Mold tech I have worked to progress my skills and learn everything I can about injection molding to become the biggest asset I can for the company.

  • I started with this company as a press operator, and within two months I was moved into a quality role in the dept. I did quality for about 3 months, and then I was moved into learning how to mold set. I spent 8 months as a mold setter where I learned to pull and set molds, troubleshoot and repair issues with molds and running presses, process and fix issues with bad parts, and prepping molds that are going to run. While working for this company I also did some material handling and supervised depending on the company needs.

  • I went into the USAF where I spent almost two years as a paralegal. My daily responsibilities included drafting documents (wills, powers of attorney, notaries, etc.), research as required, investigating claims made against the base/military branch, and keeping leadership informed at the weekly staff meetings of everything going on in my dept. I also did various volunteer and extra duties for various agencies or to help another squad however I can. The areas of law I spent most of my time working in were claims and civil law, although I did work in all areas of law. My greatest achievement in the USAF was being named an honor graduate (top 10% out of over 700) coming out of basic training.
