Daily review of assigned lines in Prism and and SCPO systems to assure proper inventory levels are met to required service levels. This is achieved by reviewing daily and weekly of out of stock report, alert report, and priority report . Process and coordinate weekly division interbranch transfers by providing po information and truck size expectations to buying team. Key other divisions transfer orders into Tandem for future shipping date. Work with commodity managers to assure new products are in stock for expected start dates while reviewing DCT report for new demand. Daily communications with warehouse and backhual teams for vendor deliveries and pickup orders.

Reviewed assigned lines s in Prism system to align inventory levels with sales demand to meet required service levels. Daily order pricing confirmations to assure proper po pricing. Tracking of late / delayed inbound deliveries . Review of weekly and daily inventory reports to meet expected service level rate. Communicated with category managers on inventory concerns to develop plan for recovery and or depletion by utilizing DCT system. Met with warehouse and logistics to discuss current warehouse and delivery concerns . Produce buyer worked with sales at foodshows to present new products and ideas to our customers. Conducted customer ride withs with TMs to address questions and correct concerns they may have had.

• Operated electric pallet jack for efficient product selection and transportation.
• Ensured accurate order fulfillment by verifying product quantities and specifications.
• Trained new selectors on safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Replenished pick slot by pulling required overheads and putaway of newly received inventory.
• Checked in vendor deliveries to assure correct products were being received to putaway.
