  • Began as a overhead crane operator, duties included verifying steel coils and entering the coil number into a inventory location


  • Moved to a Process Technician where I monitored six different computers and eight video monitors. I was responsible for cutting coils to required lengths, proper oil weights according to the schedule. Verified coils were identified properly before sent to shipping department.


  • Troubleshot technical issues, implementing solutions to maintain a smooth production process.

  • Began as a production employee and moved to an assistant Supervisor.
  • Company was settling a a new facility in Santa Ana California in 1992. I transferred to this facility where I set up production lines and trained using a staff of temporary production workers.
  • Increased production from 100 cabinets a day to almost 1000 a day by improving the process and production flow and teaching the employees to work smarter not harder.
  • 1997 the operation moved to Mexicali Mexico. I set this facility up as well using the knowledge I gained setting up the Santa Ana facility and after 3 to 4 month of training and teaching a unskilled work force with the use of a translator this facility was up to the 1000 plus cabinets a day.

  • Created score boards and tv monitors on the production floor that lets the employees know the scheduled and allocated production time for each project and where they are against the allotted time
