  • Successfully Supervised Sub-Contractor in the Framing and Pouring of all the Concrete Foundations for the POA-11 Project in Northern Nevada by making sure all Re-bar cages were correct and Drill reports were completed in a timely manner with all paperwork turned in and uploaded on the N Drive (Internal Company Hardrive) for review.
  • Successfully Supervised a small crew in the framing and setting of the wood and steel poles for the beginning stages of the project.
  • Successfully helped in the operations of Heavy Equipment utilizing Excavators and Bulldozer to build and maintain the roads on the hillside to move Equipment for setting of the Concrete Foundations, to Pole setting utilizing a Company owned 100 Ton RT Crane, to getting Wire Stringing Equipment in place for wire pulls.
  • Successfully Supervised Substation Crew in the building and pulling cable into all switch component gear and into the E-Houses for all the communication to the components.
