I successfully lead a crew of 8 people in the dismantling of a paper mill without injury or incident during the project. I negotiated pricing for materials, dates for shipping and receiving, sales of parts as well as doing some of the general labor myself. Also included was running medium to heavy equipment for loading and removal of items/parts.

*helped implement a patented process of applying tissue paper within the box during assembly

*installed GPS tracking systems in telephone trucks that also included cell phone, panic key fobs and mirrors that had job descriptions for employees to follow.

*traveled from city to city completing said installation of GPS to all vehicles at that location
