For the last 10 years, I've installed, configured, maintained, and administered. BSM(Business Service Manager) and OBM(Operations Bridge Manager) as well as all data collectors and integrations to include SiteScope, BPM, APM, Ops Connector for SCOM and other connections, DataFlow Probes, as well as UCMDB(HP/MicroFocus) and external CMDB integrations(Atrium). I was responsible to keep monitoring products installed at latest versions as well as ensuring the Linux Operating Systems were patched with latest security patches. With Windows and Unix(Linux/AIX, Configured monitoring for approx 10,000 vms/servers. We had an integration via a Groovy script that autoticketed/opened SMC remedy tags for correct application dispatch.

I administered UAC(User Access Control), administered LDAP/SiteMinder, as well as Sun webservers hosting pge.com. For UAC I provisioned new user accounts segregated by roles and responsibilities for applications such as SAP, CC&B etc.. This access setup was SOX audited every quarter. For LDAP/SiteMinder I created, maintained, and administered user accounts/access in internal LDAP for applications such as MyEnergy, CC&B etc.. In SiteMinder I created, maintained, and administered SiteMinder for website protection as well as SSO for external applications tied to pge.com.
