• Led the development of the ERP retirement strategy for decommissioning the data management capabilities from 4 ERP platforms within the MedTech Segment
• Delivered a 4-phase approach to retire the platforms that aligned to the broader ERP Consolidation Project (TranSCend)
• Successfully delivered Phase-1 (Decommissioned Mitek ERP) which resulted in one less ERP system within the Johnson & Johnson landscape.

• Delivered the New Product Introduction (NPI) data process flow for DPS/MedTech
• After several key programs (ATOM, AVENIR, LIBERTY, and TRILOGY) there was ambiguity in the process of creating new material master records
• Defined a project plan to identify the process issues, swim lanes between business functions (procurement, manufacturing, planning, information technology, and Data Operations)
• Resulted in a more efficient end to end process for setting up NPI
• Partnered with the GPEX, Planning, and Data Operations team to address the process gaps
• Fixed the master data flow and fixed the NRP signal that was being generated for Jabil, resulted in greater business continuity between Johnson & Johnson & Jabil.
