Craig Starley

As the head of our largest ministries in our church ( the Men's Ministry) I have been responsible for anything that is part of building community, gospel growth, and activities for our men. Much of the communications has been from a Men's database that has increased from around 500 to over 700 men since we started this back in 2019.

My main responsibilities are in three areas:

1-Increase Men's community and involvement. This is done with small groups, and monthly and yearly activities

2- Help increase the knowledge in Gods word and how it applies in our everyday life. This is accomplished through or small groups

3- Raise up the next leaders in our church and this is accomplished by me personally seeking out and meeting with those men that show signs of the desire to serve without being asked.

*The call that I have for the men is to help organically to allow men to be transparent and feel connected .

All decisions made on the Men's behalf is done through a Men's Committee that I oversee that is comprised of 11 men along with myself. I have been given full autonomy with the Committee to make all decisions dealing with our Men's Ministry .

The vision is to cultivate a safe environment where organically God's word is being soaked deep inside the men, friendships are being forged, accountability is taking place and marriages, workplaces, and churches are being transformed by the men in our ministry.

Within the Committee I delegate all areas ( finance, cooking, outreach and many others) to those men who are more gifted in those areas and then oversee any decisions made from that.

I have been the Director of this ministry 5 years voluntarily and for the past 2 year's the session made this position for the first time a paid staff part time position in lieu of their high praise for what I have done for our men.

My role as a TV producer is to create stories that will help educate the general public and find businesses and individuals that will provide the funding for the production. I speak daily with owners, inventors, presidents and CEOS of major companies, hospitals and small companies , all that are looking for creative ways to educate.

This position is one that I have been doing for over 16 years.
