• Knowledge of the principles and techniques of staff development, training, and other programs.
• Knowledge of planning and evaluating training and programs.
• Ability to prepare and/or select training and program materials.

District 4 (ECF, LRF, MCF)

• Served as a point of contact for activation and pre-planned operations.
• Coordinated with other District Commanders for large-scale activations and training exercises.

Muskegon Correctional Facility

• Observes and appropriately responds to critical incidents, such as prisoner disturbances, assaults on employees, prisoners, or other situations that threaten the security of the facility.

District 4 (ECF, LRF, MCF)

• Responsible for the development of pre-plans for tactical operations of the team within their facility or complex.
• Responsible for the preparation of operation plans when the team is active, either in training or in actual situations.

District 4 (ECF, LRF, MCF)

• Responsible for scheduling, coordination, and ensuring mandatory training is completed within their respective District in accordance with the approved training plan.

• Roll call and inspection, dorm inspections.
• Monitor time and attendance, platoon logbook, and FTO logbook.
• Maintain recruit files and platoon records.

West Shoreline Correctional Facility

• Observes and appropriately responds to critical incidents, such as prisoner or detainee disturbances, assaults on employees, prisoners, or detainees, or other situations that threaten the security of the facility.
