I have spent the years 2020 to late 2024 pulling my 28 foot travel trailer all over America and planning extensive routes and campsites. My last trip was 10,000 miles with 30 planned campsites. I desired to return to work and decided that a driving career would be best for me. So I went to Diesel Driving Academy in Little Rock, Ar on 1/25/2025 to obtain my CDL A. I obtained my license on 3/17/2025. I have a clean DMV record for 30 plus years. I received a DOT physical on 1/16/2025 with no restrictions. I have a complete background check without any negative results. I have years of experience driving commercial motor vehicles over the road. I chose to accept a position with Schneider Trucking. I graduated their training of 3 weeks and drove my own tractor and 53' dry van trailer for a couple of months before I decided to leave Schneider. I sought other employment and accepted a position at North American Service Line. I drove a tractor and 53" dry van in a drop and hook mode in the Midwest region for four months. Then my daughter was diagnosed with operable cancer in Florida. So I resigned from NASL and went to care for her until she was able to take care of herself. I returned to Arkansas in February and have waited to take care of matters in my house before returning to work. I have six months OTR as a professional driver prepared for safe, efficient transportation. Proven ability to navigate long routes and meet delivery schedules.
