He is a small business and after the pandemic lost a majority of his workforce and all his field workers. I was currently unemployed after graduating and offered to take over the responsibilities of his company until he was able to return. Unfortunately, his recovery took approximately a year, meaning I was unable to gain experience in my field of choice.
