As a Field Supervisor, I am responsible for overseeing and and managing the cementing operations. Ensuring the safe execution of all services. My primary duties include supervising the crew, coordinating with the client, and ensuring the cementing operations are executed to meet job requirements.

As a leader in the Army serving as a logistics specialist, I was responsible for overseeing a team in managing logistics and supply operations. My leadership role involved ensuring that all supplies and equipment were accounted for, maintained and distributed in a timely manner. I coordinated with various departments to ensure that inventory and transportation operations ran smoothly, and I was entrusted with making decisions that directly impacted the efficiency and readiness of the unit. I led by example, fostering a culture of discipline, accountability and teamwork. I trained and mentored junior soldiers, ensuring they had the skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively, while also adapting to any challenges that arose in the fast-paced and high pressure military environment.
