Hi, I'm Cristin.
My professional journey has taken me through public service, criminal justice, real estate, business ownership, advocacy, and community building. Along the way, one theme has remained constant: helping people navigate life's challenges with support, understanding, and practical solutions.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and spent years working within Washington State's correctional system, where I developed skills in communication, case management, problem-solving, and working with individuals and families during some of their most difficult moments.
I later became a licensed real estate professional and co-owner of a real estate business, helping clients through major life transitions while managing operations, client relationships, marketing, and business development.
Beyond my professional experience, I am deeply passionate about human behavior, neuroscience, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed practices, and creating emotionally safe spaces where people feel seen, supported, and valued.
Today, my focus is centered on community, connection, and building environments that support both children and adults. Whether through business, advocacy, writing, speaking, or future community projects, my goal remains the same: helping people feel safe, capable, and connected as they navigate their own journeys.
I believe that healing happens in relationships, growth happens through challenges, and everyone deserves spaces where they can simply be human.
