• Cross notating systems to provide customers review status
• Reviewing financial documents for debit to income ratio
• Ensuring files are up to date in accordance with FHA requirements
• Creating affidavits for the state to confirm modifications were recorded properly
• Handling recorded documents such as security instruments, assignments of mortgages if transferred to Bank of America, and ordering titles when necessary

• Including Deed in Lieu, Short Sale and Modifications.
