As a Associate Banker At Chase Bank, I supported clients with a wide range of banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, debit card reorders, direct deposit setup, and account updates, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations. I educated customers on digital and self-service tools such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to improve convenience and efficiency. By providing personalized attention and clear communication, I strengthened client relationships, promoted banking products and services, and resolved complex issues in coordination with internal departments. Additionally, I maintained accuracy by balancing teller drawers and ATM cash and facilitated seamless account management through the opening, closing, and updating of customer accounts .

In this role I was responsible for preparing, issuing, and sending invoices. Reviewing invoices to ensure billing accuracy. Reviewing sales sheets for billing of all sales. Reconciling invoices with balance sheet reports while resolving any discrepancies. I also maintained relationships with vendors by answering emails and maintaining records Of all customer payments.

My position in this role was to provide exceptional customer service, Working with our most important assets our customers. I was responsible for helping resolve customer concerns in a timely fashion, processing deposits and withdrawals, offering various financial products while learning verbal cues about a customers financial needs, Following proper procedures to minimize errors reduce fraud and completing high-volume money count via both manual and atm machines.
