- Responsible for maintaining radio communications, conduct hourly radio checks with all guard posts.
- Institutes emergency call out using the contact information sheet i.e. Security Supervisor management and if required E.G. Government officials.
- Maintains the security control room log of all radio communications.
- Is responsible for initial notification in the event of an emergency.
- Monitors CCTV and all alarm panels located in the Security Communication Center.
- Notify the Shift Leader and Security supervisors of any change from a normal status on Porta Europa and all offshore facilities.
- Monitors and maintains positive control of the main gate barrier system.
- Communicates as required with Maritime Pilot and Off Shore Operations Control Room (ALBA Field).
- Handles employee’s personal information and make them available upon request.
