• Assemble “Brazed Aluminum Heat Exchangers” by carefully following detailed blueprints and work instructions. I measure, level and test these Heat Exchangers filling them up with compressed air to see if my welds or others hold up to 30lbs. Most of the time parts that are fitted up to these units have quarter inch tolerances on fit ups and size of welds. Other more detailed units have 8th inch tolerances, certain types of aluminum alloys and a variety of plates, angles, size of flanges, tie downs, and “Headers”. Headers involved a lot of uphill and rooting bevels all the way to covers that can range from 2 inch of weld size down to a 8th of an inch.

Crouched and bent over work inside a loud factory environment constantly lifting 50lbs and stand for long hours at a time while using tools and accurate measurement devices (squares, levels, straight edges, tape measures, grinders, drills, and band saws)

• Assembled “Water Cooled Chillers” from the inside tacking and welding on steel brackets, Angles, and beveled 3/4 inch steel. Used jigs and over head cranes to fit/measure certain components together following tolerances on multiple different blueprints. “Water Cooled Chillers” weighed up to 450 and reached lengths up to 50 feet. Frequently welded out of position lifted up to 50lbs and stood for long periods of time.

• Mostly welded 3/4 inch steel and sometimes up to 3 inches filling up bevels

• Assembled small Stainless Steel or Steel Crowd Gate parts in bulk orders ranging from 10 pieces to 300
• 1/4 Inch Stainless Steel and Steel/16 gauge
• Fillet Welds - Positions 1G/2G
