Long distance open water swimming
I grew up swimming for an outdoor hobby but now its become my favorite form of cardio. I live close to a lake where I gear up and swim in the open water, rain or shine, for as long as I can. Utilizing every muscle in my body to get me from A to B and pacing myself to set a personal record each time.
Athletics
I grew up with a large sports background and a very supportive family. Playing Baseball, Soccer, Rugby, and Football at high levels. I was always made team leader and I was happy to take the role on every time. There were many years where I was in the news paper for setting homerun records for my age, scoring every point for my Rugby team in our tournaments, and making almost every play on my Football teams defense. Every year I was honored being invited to Allstar games and I accepted every invite I could! I am most proud of my Football team going undefeated and becoming State Champions my senior year.
