  • Root Cause emerging issues. Shop floor data collection (i.e.. Following specific car through process, observing for long periods at specific station) Followed all company policies and procedures to deliver quality work.
  • Perform station audits daily in assigned zones provided by ISD Salary Lead. Address worn tool protection, stacked parts, PPE violations and all other categories on station walk template.
  • Complete data pull for FTC, SDRL, CPA, 1/3 MIS, Cert line, FTQ Out, Stratosphere, Qlikview, and
    top Palantir as required.
  • Drive kaizen activity and closure for shift specific top defects.
  • Update and track that highlight Quality risks metrics such PFMEAs, ISD 360/Risk Assessments
  • Complete Quick and Standard Kaizens. (Minimum 18 standards per year)
  • Review Cert line reports and pictures from previous shifts
  • Perform daily critical man/method station walks. Coach operators and involve Team Leaders, Unit Leaders as required.
  • Participate in 2 daily touch points with Cert line supervisor and inputted.
  • Apply temporary protection to tooling as needed.
  • Work with base maintenance to solve emerging tooling issues. Resolution can be short term or
    permanent corrective action.
  • Complete daily night notes
  • Refill DACM ISD PPE bins as needed.
  • Provide support to team members, team leaders and unit leaders in ISD kaizen solutions.
  • Perform board reviews for required personnel. Weekly with ISD Salary Lead and as requested
    with additional personnel.
  • Participate actively in ISD MTA training with SPW trainers. Offer support in explanation of ISD,
    what it is, why it's important and what it costs us in terms of sales, customer loyalty, reputation,
    and plant cost.
  • Attend daily Audit bay meetings.
  • Support MLM in ISD mitigation needs
  • Listened and responded to customer requests and forwarded necessary information to superiors.
