• Create, modify, and delete User and Functional IDs
• Manage entitlement groups and roles within an operating system, database and/or application
• Research, investigate and resolve complex entitlement issues
• Grant entitlements to Client employees and external clients to access infrastructure and Client-hosted external applications
• Migrate Information Security Administration (ISA) support of systems into CLIENT Service Delivery sites from non-CLIENT organizations
• Confident in the creation and execution of detailed test plans, script writing exercises and script execution to verify software functionality and adherence to business requirements.
• Execution of scripts will include progress reporting, defect tracking, and risk assessments.
• Working across multiple cross-functional, cross site teams to complete tasks.
• Ability to recognize risks or issues in a project and communicate back to management or project teams.
• High technical aptitude. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, as well as familiarity with MS Office Proficiency, MS Project, MS Access, MS Visio, and Client QC/ALM.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing certified mail.
• Responsible for collecting all outgoing mail for the site and ensuring it is picked up by the proper courier in a timely manner.
• High technical aptitude. Microsoft Office, UPS, WorldShip, DHL, EasyShip and Labels.
