As an administrative assistant, or in any role i take on, I will thrive. I consider myself to be an extremely hard worker and also versatile, determined, and responsible. If given the opportunity, I can and will make a difference in a positive way.
In this administrative assistant position I had a wide range of responsibilities. Some of which but were not limited to: opening office and beginning to start up computer systems, pulling and checking all paper work for PO's and orders, revising and checking all details of freight and shipping costs, billing/creating invoices, paying invoices, closing and shutting down computer systems and sending all end of day reports all while answering and directing sales calls to the correct sales personnel.
As an Administrative Assistant, I was responsible for a wide range of tasks including:
Attending to all customer needs whether it be transferring funds via western union, bill payments, money order purchases, check cashing, pre-paid debit card sales & set up. With PLS financial, I was also a licensed insurance agent through the Texas county mutal. I was able to ontain knowledge on verifying customer, bank account, and new company information. Entering all new customers in our system and keeping and maintaining a neat clean office work environment.
Provided customer support during checkout processes for a seamless experience for all customers. Supervised front-end operations and coordinated break schedules for all customer service representatives. Managed money services in the courtesy booth, covering bill payments, Western Union transactions, car registrations, money order purchases, exchanges, and refunds.
