Leadership Experience

Currently a peer coach/ Training team member assisting veterinary assistants build their hard skills as the transition from the role of VA to LVT and assisting fellow team members build confidence by helping them build their skill set by teaching and practicing skills. , assistant to the OSHA safety officer. Former Field Training Officer for Comanche County Memorial Hospital EMS. Responsible for the orientation and field training for new hires with the license of EMT on the basic level. Oriented them to state, federal, and facility protocol in addition to following guidelines by DOT and the FCC.
