Currie Jones

I am a junior at Mississippi State and have a lot of knowledge about sports and am eager to learn more. I played two years of college baseball and am now looking for a career in the business of sports. I feel I could bring a lot of knowledge and would want to learn more from others in the field.

• Little league baseball umpire: at the 471 rec baseball fields in Brandon, MS is the summer of 2020 (freshman in high school) (May-August)
• Cart boy: at Bay point Country Club in Brandon, MS. I cleaned carts and picked up coarse trash. I also would collect balls from the range. I did this job the next summer in 2021. (May -August)
• Bounce-a-roo: That is the company name and what I did was put up and pick up inflatables from peoples houses. I did this in the summer of 2022. (May-August)
• Chillin on the Rez: This was an Ice cream and snow cone shop where I scooped ice cream and made snow cones along with taking orders and doing dishes. I did this in 2023. (May-August)
• Door Dash: I just did the normal door dash job where I drove around and delivered people their food. I did this a little in 2024 and continue to sometimes. (Anytime of year)
• Castlewood’s Country Club: This is a Country Club in Flowood, MS where I served tables and I did this job this past summer. (May-August)

• Meridian Community College classes
• Accounting class and learning how to do most everything in accounting.
• Statistics class where I also learned most everything about statistics.
