Professional Artist

Since the completion of my Master of Fine Arts Degree from TCU in 2006, I have actively pursued a career as a professional artist. For the last 16 years, I have participated in numerous regional competitive and non-competitive, solo, two person, group and invitational exhibitions at universities, fine art galleries and museums throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex such as; The Dallas Contemporary, Artspace 111, RO2 Gallery, the Fort Worth Community Arts Center, Tarrant County Community Colleges, and Midwestern State University. My artwork may be found in private, university and museum collections throughout Texas. I have also conducted numerous Creative and Educational Workshops at the Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth, TX. My continuing body of artworks use dynamic, color-rich, multidimensional and seductive surfaces to captivate viewers on a sensory level. An intellectual palette of socio-politics, pop culture and visual metaphors seek to create often unexpected and meaningfully provocative associations that present the viewer with a juxtaposition between the real world, and the digitally-enhanced fantasy world of online gaming. Currently I have gallery representation at RO2 Gallery in Dallas, Texas.
