As Safety Captain, duties include reading aloud the safety focus of the day to the MET team as well as Informing of upcoming events, recognition of historical events, and updates up company enrollments.

As MET Team member, duties included but not limited to coordinating with the supervisor the tasks planned for the day as well as the rest of the week. Guidelines that pertain to the scope of the task at hand including holiday setup that was appropriate for the upcoming season.

Other duties included, changing price labels, stocking and down stocking product, Replacing missing or torn price labels,

installing size appropriate signage that increases the customer shopping experience. Keeping up with inventory for accuracy to prevent swelling and/or shrinkage.

Assisting customers to a limited extent of each department when necessary to help provide excellent customer service when department is overpopulated with customers in need of assistance.

Traveling cross country and internationally. Changing distributors and old product for new products.

Maintaining a clean work area as well as disposal of waste and debris.

Logistics calls in keeping with on time delivery and/or service.

Troubleshooting installations to insurance to ensure products function properly.

Customer service, communication with upper management to resolve or keep up to date with guidelines and procedures on said products.

Networked with clients and contractors to ensure quality customer service when loading/unloading orders.
Operated forklift, pallet jack, carpet horse, power tools, and industrial carpet cutting appliances.

Followed polices and procedures to enforce a clean and safe work environment.

Oversaw the utilization of communication with customers via cell phones, email, copy/fax machine.

Assembled aesthetics and displays for consumers.

Participated in multiple construction and marketing projects to promote the company.
